Powder Coating
Powder Coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.
Liquid Paint
Liquid Coating plastics begins with choosing the correct primer, which will allow the paint to adhere to the surface of the part. After coating, the parts are air-dried so that the shape of the plastic will not be distorted. We will work with you to determine the best paint for your parts. If needed, our precision maskers will cover the sections of your parts that can't be exposed to the paint.
Sandblasting
Abrasive blasting, AKA: “Sand Blasting,” is used to finish, clean or prepare metals using a variety of media in blasting machines and a blast room. Blasting removes surface debris such as rust or other types of residual contaminants and scale. This process is also important in the cleaning and roughening of part surfaces before coating. The increased surface adhesion of a suitably blasted part results in a stronger bond between the coating and the parts surface.
